Delivery & Pick Up Process

Once payment and the rental agreement are complete we will deliver your cart to you as soon as possible. No need to be present as there will be a lock box attached to your cart with your key inside. You'll receive the code and additional information upon delivery via text.


Pick Up: Simply lock up the key, ensure the cart is cleaned out, and gas is refilled by 10am. We will scoop it up and send you a confirmation message. Told you it was easy!

For The Best Experience Please Read Below For Important Information:

  • Must be 21 or older to rent or drive.
  • A valid Driver’s License, Vehicle Insurance, and Credit Card are required.
  • The Renter’s Insurance is primary in case of any accidents.
  • Our carts are registered as “LSV’s” which means all Florida traffic laws apply plus special rules. This includes, but is not limited to:
  • Driving is allowed ONLY on roads posted 35MPH or less.
  • Driving on sidewalks, the beach/sand, Hwy 98/Emerald Coast Pkwy, off-road, or any other roadways over 35MPH is STRICTLY PROHIBITED. (We want you to enjoy your vacation hassle-free and just want to stress that if caught the LSV will be towed, you will be fined, and you forfeit the remainder of the rental without refund.)
  • Seat belt, child seat, and max capacity laws apply.
  • The Renter is responsible for all charges, including but not limited to, damages, violations, tolls, theft, loss, negligence, and towing.
  • Prohibited Areas: Some locations do not allow carts and while we do our best to keep up with all prohibited areas it is up to the renter to verify this information. Please see the Prohibited Area List at the bottom of the page.
  • Cancellation: 48 hours before the start time and date will receive a full refund minus an admin fee of $50. Cancellations within 48 hours of the start time and date will only receive a credit.
  • Damage Deposit: There will be a $500 incidentals hold on your credit card in case of any damages, fines, or other fees. This is released after the rental ends minus any additional fees.

Please note this list is to the best of our knowledge, at any given time rules can change and we are not responsible for any violations. The renter is responsible for verifying if carts are allowed. Refunds are not given for any violations.
